Metering Solutions for eMHE, eTRUs and Off-Road EVs

In the spring of 2023, the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) made an announcement
regarding the Clean Fuels Program (CFP). They specified that, starting in Q4 of 2023, only metered solutions for electric material handling equipment (eMHE) will be accepted.

As the leading provider of electric vehicle and equipment metering for CFP participation, e-Mission Control (eMC) offers a solution to this requirement.

We will install DEQ-approved, non-invasive kWh metering equipment directly on-site, at no out-of-pocket cost to you and with direct coordination with your team. This installation will enable easy access to the necessary energy consumption data for CFP participation.

How The Program Works

Energy Consumption Data Collection
e-Mission Control Is Your Partner – We track your fleet and intake data on your fleet size, makeup and energy consumption on a quarterly basis. If needed, we help facilitate meter installation at your facility at no cost to you.
Data Reporting and Credit Generation
e-Mission Control ensures comprehensive report submission - We diligently enlist our partners into the requisite systems, oversee the process of reporting submissions, and efficiently handle all governmental interactions with the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). This meticulous approach is essential for generating CFP credits successfully
Carbon Footprint
Credit Transaction and Monetization
e-Mission Control Generates and Trades Your Credits – We trade your credits on an open market to oil producers and refiners required to purchase them. We leverage the best pricing by combining your credits with the rest of our portfolio.
