About e-Mission Control

e-Mission Control (www.e-missioncontrol.com) designs, manages, and executes electricity consumption data products for forward-thinking on- and off-road electric vehicle fleet operators. Our current markets are California, Oregon, Washington, British Columbia, Canada (federally), and soon many other state and province jurisdictions. Our customers are  operators of zero-emission trucks, buses, cars, vans, shuttles, cargo-handling equipment, refer units, vessels, ground support equipment, and other modes of transportation  located at airports, seaports, retailers, grocers, campuses, distribution facilities, municipalities, and more.

Our proprietary system—provided for free to customers—enables our clients to unlock an entirely new, substantial revenue stream from a previously obscure and administratively burdensome government program called the Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS).

We’re a small, fast-moving startup working with a very large potential customer base and extremely limited competition. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with other management-level staff to help advance operational systems toward maximum accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Actively hunt and prospect new potential client partners regularly to ensure a robust pipeline
  • Meet or exceed assigned goals by signing new client partners
  • Managing and expanding existing sales pipelines
  • Responding to RFPs
  • Streamlining processes and effectively leading sales activities and forecasting
  • Handling client and internal expectations
  • Being the specialist on our offerings and knowing what the competition is doing
  • Scheduling and leading client presentation meetings
  • Working closely with the executive team to execute NDA’s and contracts
  • Following industry trends and news as it relates to your work and provide summaries of impactful information to the executive team
  • Find out information about prospective clients (by phone, online, social media, etc), source the names of key ‘decision makers’, clarify and confirm addresses, contacts, email, and phone numbers
  • Work with various online tools and databases to enrich leads
  • Record all lead details in a CRM

What We’re Looking For:

  • Eagerness to learn & adapt in a professional environment.
  • Coachable attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Overall computer literacy and the ability to learn new platforms.
  • Experience with Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is required.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Airtable, & ZoomInfo is beneficial but not required.
  • An interest in renewable energy, zero emission vehicles, and clean tech.
  • A basic understanding or interest in electric transportation.

Benefits

  • Salaried + Commission position designed to grow with the company. Significant upside potential with an opportunity to create long-term residual income
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • A truly motivated, passionate, and talented team
  • Small team culture and true ownership of your work
  • Professional development budget.
  • Inclusion in the company’s Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Plan (QSEHRA) of $5,300 per year tax-free reimbursement for single filers or $10,700 for families
  • $50.00 Compensation for cell phone.

e-Mission Control (eMC, www.e-missioncontrol.com) is a small, fast-moving, clean-tech/reg-tech startup building a powerful team in the heart of Downtown Sacramento. On the heels of two successful fundraising rounds, we’re looking for driven, passionate, and tenacious people ready to join the ride and help us tackle our enterprise goals as we expand into new markets across the country.

eMC designs, manages and executes electricity consumption data products for forward-thinking electric vehicle fleet operators. We represent owners and operators of thousands of electric forklifts, light- and heavy-duty electric on-road vehicles, cargo-handling equipment, and much more in California, Oregon, and Washington located at airports, seaports, retailers, grocers, campuses, distribution facilities, and many others.

Our proprietary system — provided for free to customers — enables our clients to unlock an entirely new and substantial revenue stream from previously obscure and administratively burdensome state programs, specifically California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) and Oregon’s Clean Fuel Program (CFP).

With a proprietary hardware and SaaS solution, e-Mission Control registers all equipment, tracks electric charging, creates and submits all required reports, and manages the sale of LCFS and CFP credits on behalf of our clients.

Benefits

  • Salaried position designed to grow with the company
  • Hybrid work model, and management dedicated to work-life integration
  • PTO, separate sick time, and 12 company holidays
  • Health coverage and retirement contributions
  • Annual professional development budget
  • Small team culture and true ownership of your work
  • A truly motivated, passionate, and talented team

Work Arrangement

e-Mission Control has a newly redesigned floor in downtown Sacramento’s Renaissance Tower, and our team members often come in to collaborate, or join in on team building events. However, we encourage self-accountability and recognize the benefits of a flexible/hybrid work model after a successful onboarding period.
