What You’ll Be Doing:
This role is designed to grow existing channel accounts as well as connect our existing customers with our partner network that can assist with their electrification effort. Doing this will require:
Build and foster relationships with existing channel partners to increase incoming fleet referrals to e-Mission Control.
Collaborate with our Customer Success team to identify electrification opportunities for e-Mission Control’s existing clients.
Facilitate connections between our clients and our partner network.
Communicate partnership strategies internally and align relevant teams to support initiatives.
Develop data-driven proposals that meet client requirements and objectives.
Maintain organization within HubSpot CRM.
Potentially travel to follow up on client relationships and collect data in regions such as CA, OR, WA, BC, and CAN.
Communicate state and federal regulations to affected fleets.
Conduct industry-related research.
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in commercial fleet sales or management.
Preferred experience with electric vehicles or related industries.
Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex government regulations to prospective partners at the C-suite level.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
Coachable attitude.
Experience in creating agendas, managing logistics, and administering meetings.
Ability to build strong relationships, demonstrate diplomacy, and escalate challenges appropriately to find timely solutions.
Comfort in leading webinars and large group video meetings.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
Proficiency in computer literacy and a willingness to learn new platforms.
Required experience with Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Beneficial but not required: Experience with HubSpot, Airtable, and ZoomInfo.
Interest in renewable energy, zero-emission vehicles, and clean tech.
Basic understanding or interest in electric transportation.
Location
This is a full-time position with a significant opportunity for professional growth. It will be primarily based out of e-Mission Control’s Sacramento office but may require occasional travel to customer facilities or industry shows at various locations in the United States and Canada.
